General Payments & Payment Plans
In order to begin any project, a non-refundable deposit must be made. No exceptions. All balances must be paid upon final design approval and before final files are delivered. Late fees will be issued if balances due aren't paid on the agreed date. Late fees are $25 each day the balance is in default.
Once deposit is made on a package, client has 7 business days to send over all information needed for the designer to begin the project. NO EXCEPTIONS.. If information is not received in desired time, project will be cancelled and client will have to pay an additional deposit to restart project. Again, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation of Project
Both parties understand that Client or Designer has a right to terminate a project at any time once begun, if, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. If project is terminated before services is fully fulfilled, Elite Designs by Erica Nicole, has the right to retain the non-refundable deposit. If client decides to cancel the service after the final approval is made, Elite Designs by Erica Nicole, has the right to retain full payments made.
Client & Designer Commitments/Privacy
Client is responsible for providing accurate, full, timely information, materials needed to begin project.
Copyright & Credit
Elite Designs by Erica Nicole agrees to create original work for the client, under no plagiarism. The Designer holds all rights to any work created during the project until final payment is made and files have been transferred to client. Client then hold rights of work once files have been transferred. Once Client holds ownership of the copyright, the original work shall not be altered in any way without contacting the Designer first.
Limitation of Liabilty
Illness, injury, or other events beyond Elite Designs by Erica Nicole control, such as fire, theft, computer failure and Acts of God can result in project delay. Client agrees that they will not hold Designer liable for any incidental consequential damages that arise from the designer's failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner.
